The MAXROY D is a robust, industrial dosing pump designed for the toughest chemical processing applications. Overview

The MAXROY D is a hydraulically driven diaphragm pump, designed for precise dosing of all types of liquids at moderate pressures, with an accuracy of ± 1% in stable operation.

Built to meet API 675 standards, the pump is engineered for long-term, reliable performance. The hydraulically balanced diaphragm ensures accurate chemical delivery while minimizing wear, making preventive maintenance simple and predictable.

Designed with durability and safety in mind, the pump features a dust-tight cast iron housing with a highly durable coating to withstand even the harshest environments. An internal, adjustable pressure relief valve provides additional protection against damage from overpressure, ensuring the pump delivers precisely the right amount of fluid in every cycle.

To accommodate diverse process requirements, the MAXROY D offers adjustable capacity for precise flow control.
