The mROY XA series delivers precise, volume-controlled chemical dosing using a hydraulically actuated PTFE diaphragm. Overview

The mROY XA pump features a hydraulically balanced PTFE diaphragm designed for seal-less operation, completely eliminating the need for plunger packing maintenance. An integrated air venting system in the liquid end significantly simplifies pump commissioning, while a worm and wheel gear drive running in an oil bath ensures smooth, frictionless operation and exceptional service life.

To withstand harsh industrial environments, the pump is enclosed in a robust, dust-tight cast iron housing that provides superior durability. The micrometric capacity adjustment gives the operator highly accurate control over the flow rate, and an internal hydraulic relief valve effectively protects the pump against overpressure damage.

High-performance cartridge-type check valves guarantee reliable and secure sealing throughout the entire operating cycle. The mROY XA complies with API 675 standards and is ATEX certified.
