Overview

The mROY XB pump features a hydraulically balanced PTFE diaphragm designed for completely seal-free operation, entirely eliminating the need for packing maintenance. An integrated priming system in the liquid end simplifies pump startup, while an oil-bath worm and gear drive ensures smooth, friction-free operation and exceptional service life.

The pump is engineered to withstand harsh industrial environments. It is enclosed in a robust, dust-tight cast iron housing that provides superior durability. The micrometric capacity adjustment gives the operator highly precise control over flow rate, and an internal hydraulic relief valve effectively protects the pump against overpressure damage.

To ensure maximum operational reliability, the pump employs high-performance cartridge-type check valves that guarantee reliable sealing. The mROY XB complies with API 675 standards and is ATEX certified. Part numbers in the mRoy XB series begin with the prefix XB***.
