Compact and precise dosing pump | PRIMEROY L (PLG)
The PRIMEROY L (PLG) is a highly compact industrial dosing pump, designed around the patented GSD (Global Security Device) diaphragm liquid end. It is optimized for high flow rates up to 3,300 l/h and medium pressures up to 45 bar. Thanks to a unique oil design that combines mechanical lubrication and the hydraulic chamber, there is no risk of oil cross-contamination, making the pump extremely reliable and safe.

Overview
The PRIMEROY L (PLG) provides outstanding reliability and safety for dosing all types of liquids, thanks to its unique and patented GSD design. This design ensures triple hydraulic safety through an internal overpressure valve, a diaphragm that controls hydraulic refilling, and the diaphragm itself, which is protected by a valve to prevent over-stroking and extrusion. This guarantees maximum reliability.
The pump is equipped with the IMI (Installation Monitoring Indicator) system, which provides real-time visual alerts for overpressure, cavitation, and pulsation issues. This prevents inaccurate dosing and operational disruptions. In addition, the unique oil design integrates mechanical lubrication with the hydraulic chamber. This eliminates the risk of oil cross-contamination and drastically reduces the pump’s footprint, while improving its lifespan and performance.
The absence of contour plates allows the PLG pump to handle all types of liquids without problems, including clear, corrosive, toxic, volatile, abrasive, flammable, and highly viscous liquids or slurries. Applications
The PRIMEROY L (PLG) is highly versatile and used in a variety of critical industrial applications:
Oil and Gas: Chemical injection of biocides and scale inhibitors to protect pipes, injection of demulsifiers to improve oil quality, and injection of emulsion breakers for water treatment.
Refinery and Downstream: Chemical injection into boiler feedwater, injection of anti-fouling agents in debutanizer plants, transfer of sour water before treatment, and catalyst injection during biodiesel production.
Chemical and Petrochemical: Injection of additives and transfer of ammonia water in fertilizer production.
Water and Wastewater Treatment (Municipal and Industrial): Disinfection, fluoridation, coagulation/flocculation, pH control, and water conditioning before/after RO treatment in desalination plants. Also provides important protection for boilers, cooling systems, and hydraulic systems against corrosion and scaling.
Mining: Injection of reagents for washing and recovery of precious metals such as platinum and gold.
Food Industry: Injection of enzymes in starch production and caustic soda for neutralization of process water.
