Overview
The PRIMEROYAL H (PH) is a highly compact pump that combines robustness and a modular design with superior metering precision. It delivers an accuracy of ± 1% in steady operation and ± 3% repeatability and linearity, in full compliance with API 675 standards.
These are versatile and reliable hydraulically driven diaphragm pumps that consistently and accurately inject a wide range of fluids into industrial processes and water treatment plants. They are designed to operate under the most extreme conditions, including offshore and saltwater environments, deserts, or in extreme cold.
The pump utilizes a compact, variable eccentric drive that changes the stroke length by adjusting the position of the shaft’s center. The PH series offers several designs of hydraulically driven diaphragm liquid ends, including options for low flow, PTFE, and metallic diaphragms. Thanks to its extreme flexibility and modular design, the PRIMEROYAL H adapts perfectly to demanding environments where accuracy and operational reliability are absolutely crucial. Applications
Thanks to the pump’s high pressure capacity and flexibility, the PRIMEROYAL H (PH) is ideal for a wide range of critical industrial processes:
Oil and Gas: Chemical injection of biocides, corrosion and scale inhibitors, as well as hydrogen sulfide (H2S) scavengers to protect pipelines and maintain production rates. Also very well suited for steam condensate transfer.
Refinery and Downstream: Chemical injection for separation and treatment of refined products, and injection of paraffin inhibitors into fuel tanks.
Chemical and Petrochemical: Injection of additives and co-catalysts (such as TEAL for polyethylene and polypropylene), as well as injection of sulfuric acid into water to produce diluted sulfuric acid.
Water and Wastewater Treatment: Disinfection, fluoridation, coagulation/flocculation, and pH control for municipal drinking water, as well as water conditioning before or after RO treatment in desalination plants.
Industrial Water Treatment: Precision protection of installations such as boilers and hydraulic systems to prevent scaling and corrosion.
