PRIMEROYAL L (PL) is built to deliver consistent and accurate metering of a wide range of fluids at pressures up to 1,034 bar and a maximum flow rate of 4,410 l/h per pump head. With proven accuracy of ± 1% in steady-state operation and a robust, compact eccentric drive, the pump provides reliable operation from 10% to 100% of rated flow. Thanks to its modular design, the PL series is perfect for industries requiring extreme flexibility without compromising precision.

Overview
PRIMEROYAL L (PL) is specifically designed for water treatment and demanding industrial processes. It combines reliability, safety, and durability to ensure you get precisely the metering your process requires.
The pump offers exceptional adaptability. Capacity can be precisely adjusted via a micrometric dial (only 10 turns from 0 to 100%) whether the pump is running or at standstill. The modular design allows you to customize the pump with multiple options for liquid ends, check valves, and connection types. For installations with space constraints, the pump has a minimized footprint and weight, and is available in both vertical and horizontal motor configurations. The multiplexing function also enables simultaneous injection of multiple different products.
Operational reliability is guaranteed through robust construction with oil bath lubrication for continuous operation. Diaphragm liquid ends are equipped with an integrated overpressure safety valve and are guaranteed leak-free with a service life exceeding 20,000 hours. The pump can be configured for the most extreme environments, including offshore/saltwater, desert, or areas with very low temperatures. For models with PTFE diaphragms, the patented MARS system (Mechanically Actuated Refill System) simplifies maintenance by eliminating the need for sensitive adjustment of the refill valve. Applications
PRIMEROYAL L (PL) is highly versatile and has a wide range of applications across various industries:
Oil and gas: Chemical injection of biocides and scale inhibitors to protect pipelines, injection of demulsifiers to improve oil quality, and treatment to meet stringent water separation requirements.
Refining and downstream: Chemical injection in boiler feedwater, injection of anti-fouling agents in debutanizer units, sour water transfer before treatment, and catalyst injection during biodiesel production.
Water and wastewater treatment (municipal and industrial): Disinfection, fluoridation, coagulation/flocculation, pH control, and water conditioning before/after RO treatment (reverse osmosis) in desalination plants. Also provides essential protection of boilers, cooling systems, and hydraulic systems against corrosion and scale deposits.
Chemical, petrochemical, and mining: Injection of additives, transfer of ammonia water in fertilizer plants, and injection of reagents for extraction of precious metals such as platinum and gold.
