Overview
PRIMEROYAL N (PN) is a versatile and reliable metering pump that injects chemicals with an accuracy of ±1% in steady state operation, over a range from 10 to 100% of nominal flow. It utilizes a compact, variable eccentric drive that provides precise control by changing the stroke length.
The pump is designed to meet API 675 standards and offers outstanding flexibility. Capacity can be micrometrically adjusted whether the pump is in operation or at a standstill (only 10 turns from 0 to 100%). Its modular construction allows you to choose from over five different types of liquid ends, and the pump can be mounted in both vertical and horizontal motor configurations to optimize space utilization. The option for multiplexing allows you to reduce pulsations and power consumption, or to dose multiple chemicals simultaneously in one compact unit.
Operational reliability is paramount with a robust design that includes oil bath lubrication for continuous operation, an integrated overpressure valve, and double diaphragm liquid ends guaranteed leak-free for over 20,000 hours. The pump is built to operate under extreme conditions, from harsh offshore/saltwater environments to low-temperature environments. In addition, the patented MARS system (Mechanically Actuated Refill System) ensures quick maintenance, without the need for fine-tuning the refill valve. Applications
PRIMEROYAL N (PN) is an excellent choice for demanding chemical injection in heavy industry and the energy sector:
Oil and Gas (Flow Assurance): Absolutely essential for offshore and onshore facilities. Injection of thermodynamic inhibitors (such as methanol, MEG, and glycol) to prevent hydrate formation. Effective removal of scale and asphaltene deposits, injection of corrosion inhibitors, and control of microbial contamination through biocide injection. It is also used for gas dehydration (MEG, TEG, DEG injection).
Refinery and Petrochemicals: Pumping of hydrocarbons and steam condensate (LP), transfer of ammonia water in fertilizer production, and production of DME (dimethyl ether) from methanol.
