The PRIMEROYAL Flat-Twin (PX-FT) is specially engineered for critical processes and is Milton Roy’s most powerful API 675 metering pump for demanding applications. The modular design is smaller and lighter than comparable Primeroyal models, yet delivers massive performance with flow rates up to 32,980 l/h (8,712 gph) and pressures up to a full 1,029 bar (15,000 psi).

Overview
The PRIMEROYAL Flat-Twin (PX-FT) is designed to meet the strictest requirements and perform in the most extreme environments, with tailored solutions adapted to your specific process needs. With a full focus on reliability, safety, and durability, the pump delivers exceptional results where it matters most.
The pump is fully compliant with API 675 standards and offers extreme adaptability and accuracy. Capacity can be adjusted from 0 to 100% (micrometric stroke length adjustment) whether the pump is running or stopped. To solve space challenges, it can be supplied in both vertical and horizontal motor configurations. The modular design allows you to choose between three types of liquid ends and a range of adaptations, while the multiplexing function lets you reduce pulsations, save power and footprint, or inject multiple products simultaneously.
Long service life and safety are guaranteed through a robust construction with oil bath lubrication for continuous operation. The double diaphragm liquid ends are guaranteed leak-free with a service life of over 20,000 hours. The PX-FT can be configured for operation under the most extreme conditions, from offshore installations in saltwater environments to Arctic regions with extremely low temperatures, and features an integrated safety valve to protect against overpressure.

Applications
The PRIMEROYAL Flat-Twin is specifically developed for heavy chemical applications and high-performance industries:
- Oil and Gas (Chemical injection):
- Upstream: Injection of methanol, CO2, monoethylene glycol (MEG), corrosion inhibitors, and more to prevent hydrate formation, wax and scale deposits, as well as corrosion in deepwater wells.
- Midstream: Injection of corrosion inhibitors to ensure pipeline integrity during the transport of oil and gas.
- Downstream: Injection of chemicals for separation and treatment of refined products.
- Chemical and Petrochemical Processing: Accurate dosing of catalysts for the polymerization of polyethylene.
- Refinery and Power Generation: Pumping of hydrocarbons and condensate, as well as high-pressure treatment of boiler feed water.
