Overview

PRIMEROYAL Q (PQ) metering pumps are versatile and reliable units that ensure consistent and accurate chemical injection. The pump’s field-proven design provides precise control over delivery rates, meeting or exceeding industry standards for accuracy and repeatability. It utilizes a compact, variable eccentric drive that changes the stroke length by adjusting the position of the shaft’s center within the eccentric.

With its modular construction, the pump can be configured with packed plunger, Teflon (PTFE), or double metallic diaphragm liquid ends, depending on your application needs. The pump is built for maximum safety and efficiency; it complies with API 675 standards and is ATEX-compliant with suitable motors, making it ideal for explosive environments.

Furthermore, the pump has a very compact footprint, saving valuable space. The multiplexing capability makes it easy to combine multiple pump heads to further optimize flow.
