The PRIMEROYAL R (PR) is an API 675 metering pump distinguished by its exceptional modularity and its ability to handle pressures up to 1,031 bar (14,953 psi) and flow rates of up to 15,659 l/h. With a compact eccentric drive and ±1% accuracy in stable operation, this pump offers maximum flexibility, operational reliability, and easy maintenance regardless of process conditions.

Overview
The PRIMEROYAL R (PR) is built to prioritize reliability, safety, and long-term durability in the most demanding industrial applications. The pump complies with API 675 standards and features an advanced modular design that allows for a choice of over five different types of liquid ends. Together with the option for both vertical and horizontal motor configurations, this ensures that the pump can be precisely adapted to your process requirements and space limitations.
The pump’s advanced multiplexing capability allows you to connect multiple pump heads. This significantly reduces pulsations, minimizes space requirements and power consumption, and gives you the ability to inject several different products in a single operation. Operational reliability is ensured by a robust design with oil bath lubrication for continuous operation, in addition to leak-free diaphragm liquid ends with a guaranteed lifespan of over 20,000 hours. For added safety, it features an integrated overpressure valve.
PRIMEROYAL R is specifically engineered for extreme environments, with tailored configurations for offshore installations, saltwater environments, and extreme cold. The patented MARS system (Mechanically Actuated Refill System) simplifies and streamlines maintenance by eliminating the need for sensitive refill valve adjustment. Applications
PRIMEROYAL R (PR) is a preferred choice for critical industrial processes and high-pressure chemical injection:
Oil and Gas: Essential for flow assurance in onshore and offshore facilities. Injection of thermodynamic inhibitors (such as methanol, MEG, and glycol) to prevent hydrate formation. Effective removal of scale and asphalt deposits, injection of corrosion inhibitors, biocide treatment, and gas dehydration (MEG, TEG, DEG injection).
Refinery and Petrochemicals: Pumping of hydrocarbons and steam condensate (LP), transfer of ammonia water in fertilizer production, and production of DME (dimethyl ether) from methanol.
Water and Wastewater Treatment: Used as a closed drain pump for safe transfer of hydrocarbon condensate.
