Overview

Specifically designed for critical processes, PRIMEROYAL X (PX) combines industry-leading reliability, safety, and durability to achieve outstanding results. The pump fully complies with API 675 standards and features a compact, variable eccentric drive that delivers maximum performance from a minimal footprint.

The pump offers extreme adaptability. Capacity can be precisely adjusted using a micrometric stroke length adjustment (only 10 revolutions from 0 to 100%) whether the pump is operating or stopped. Its modular design allows for a choice of more than five types of liquid ends, in addition to specific check valves and customized connection types. For facilities with limited space, the pump can be supplied in both vertical and horizontal motor configurations.

Operational reliability is guaranteed through a highly robust construction with oil bath lubrication, an integrated overpressure valve on diaphragm models, and double diaphragm liquid ends proven to be leak-free with a lifespan well over 20,000 hours. The pump can be specially configured for the most extreme conditions, from harsh offshore/saltwater environments to extreme cold. Furthermore, the patented MARS system ensures quick and flawless maintenance. Part numbers in the Primeroyal X – PX series start with the prefixes PXH*** and PXM***.
