Agitaser and Norditec
The collaboration enables Norditec to deliver the entire process chain – from mixing and homogenization (Agitaser) to precise transport and control (Norditec) – all from a single source. This simplifies the procurement process and guarantees compatibility between critical components.
Based on Norditec’s focus areas and Agitaser’s product specialty, it is natural to assume that the collaboration involves delivering complete process solutions to customers particularly within the water and wastewater/biogas and food industries.
Top-mounted agitators
These are designed to be mounted to the upper part of the tank. They are used for a range of processes, including mixing, dispersing, dissolving, dilution, and flocculation. They can be supplied with either direct motor or gear motor.
Agitators with spray heads and diffusers
These are vertical or bottom-mounted units equipped with high-shear dispersing heads. They are specifically designed to create dispersions and emulsions in products that are difficult to mix, achieving textures as fine as 1 micron and preventing lumps.
Magnetic bottom agitators (sterilization series)
A specialized bottom-mounted unit designed for sterile environments in the pharmaceutical and food industries. It uses a magnetic coupling system for hermetic sealing, ensuring that the product is completely isolated from the outside with zero possibility of leakage.
Side-entry agitators
These units enter from the side or bottom of the tank and are ideal for homogenization in large tanks (such as those in the petrochemical industry). They have an internal tower for seals and bearings and a special system that allows replacement of mechanical seals even when the tank is full.

Heat and shock loads are isolated between motor and gearbox.
