Industries and Applications
The HTM PP/PVDF series of magnetic drive centrifugal pumps are constructed from thermoplastic materials (polypropylene and PVDF) and are suitable for highly corrosive liquids. Thanks to their innovative magnetic system, HTM PP/PVDF model pumps reduce the risk of leakage and maintenance costs. Movement is transmitted via magnetic couplings without the use of mechanical seals. This ensures maximum safety and efficiency.
The pumped liquid must be clean and free of suspended solids.
Design of Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Pumps
Magnetic pumps feature a special sealless design, making them suitable for pumping corrosive and hazardous liquids due to their high chemical resistance and absence of leaks and emissions. Their extremely simple structure means the pump requires very little maintenance, resulting in significant savings on repair and spare parts costs over the pump's lifespan. The external magnet, located on the drive shaft, transmits motion to the internal magnet connected to the impeller, which then rotates and moves the liquid through the pump.
Reliable Protection for Toxic and Harmful Liquids
The HTM series is the ideal choice for pumping toxic, harmful, and carcinogenic liquids. Its sealless design guarantees that no hazardous fumes or liquids escape the system.
Requirement: To ensure optimal performance and longevity, the pumped liquid must be clean and free of suspended solids.
