Peristaltic Metering Pumps

Norditec’s range of peristaltic dosing pumps (Albin Pump K-series and ALP) is developed for applications requiring high volumetric accuracy and gentle fluid handling. Unlike diaphragm dosing pumps, these units have no valves or seals that can clog or corrode. They are the ideal choice for dosing aggressive chemicals, shear-sensitive fluids, or viscous additives in the water treatment and process industries.

Reliability is at the core of the design thanks to a seal-less and valve-less construction. This eliminates common failures that occur in diaphragm pumps, such as vapor lock or clogging when handling chemicals that release gas, such as sodium hypochlorite. The pumps are self-priming and tolerate dry running over time, ensuring operational reliability even under demanding conditions. Maintenance is completed in seconds, as the hose is the only part in contact with the fluid and can be replaced completely without tools.
