FDA and REACH-compliant high-purity lubrication
The lubricating oil for the mechanical shaft seal is made from high-purity white mineral oil of food and pharmaceutical grade. It is clear, odorless and insoluble in water, and meets American FDA and European REACH standards. This ensures that no toxic substances are released, protecting the environment and human health.
Each unit is fully equipped with a waterproof epoxy cable base, motor overload protection and double mechanical shaft seals in SiC silicon carbide steel (silicon carbide).
AFC grinder series
- Patented inlet design: Features a newly designed, patented arc-shaped serrated inlet screen cover.
- Tungsten steel cutting: Equipped with a semi-open impeller with tungsten steel blades embedded directly in the blades to powerfully tear and cut destructive foreign objects.
- Heat treatment: Both the casing cover and impeller are reinforced by heat treatment to increase wear resistance and ensure stable properties under heavy use.
- Capacity: Can handle flows up to 180 m³/h.
AF series - submersible sewage pumps
- Robust construction: The pump casing is made of high-quality cast iron and coated with a high-solids epoxy for maximum performance and corrosion resistance.
- Oil lifter disc: A specific "oil lifter disc" design in the oil chamber ensures constant lubrication of the mechanical seals, significantly extending the pump's service life.
- Triangular handle: Specially designed for easy handling and adjustment on guide rail systems (standard for models above 5 hp).
- Environmentally friendly: Uses non-toxic food-grade lubricants to maintain a safe environment in wastewater applications.
- Capacity: High-volume production up to 1500 m³/h.
Non-clog impeller options
U-type vortex impeller
Produces a vortex effect that allows sludge, long fibrous material (U-type vortex impeller) and solid waste to pass through without contacting the impeller.
P-type open impeller
Features one or two blades. This impeller design is excellent for waste materials to prevent clogging.
E-type channel impeller
A closed channel design offering high efficiency, large capacity and a large, solid passage.
