Specialized Sludge and Waste Treatment
In the rapidly growing Norwegian aquaculture sector, the challenge lies in balancing growth with environmental commitments. Norditec specializes in Sludge Dewatering Process (SDP) solutions, developed for land-based fish farming. Our systems handle everything from primary mechanical filtration (particles < 1 mm) to multi-stage dewatering and drying, transforming waste into a manageable resource while maintaining the delicate biological balance of Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (RAS).
Xripper/grinder
When a client seeks grinding technology, the only thing that usually matters is whether the technology meets the requirements, i.e., whether the grinder can handle the working medium and application. The details of whether it is a single-shaft grinder, a twin-shaft grinder, or a combination of grinders and pumps are usually a secondary consideration or entirely irrelevant.

Emptying Stations – Pier Pumps Our emptying station offers practical solutions for removing septic water from boats. The emptying station is typically installed on quays or near boats. The stations are equipped with powerful Vogelsang lobe pumps for handling septic water and wastewater.
Fish Farming – Sludge Treatment
Solutions are developed for dewatering and drying sludge in land-based aquaculture facilities. The system begins with mechanical filtration of particles smaller than 1 mm, removing fibers to simplify mechanical processing. Norditec manufactures and customizes solutions for the food industry and aquaculture in collaboration with European equipment manufacturers. Sludge Treatment for Aquaculture
The XSplit® separator from Vogelsang combines the proven system of screw press separators with an entirely new design, resulting in unique features and numerous user benefits. A sealing disc made of high-quality elastomer in the pressing area allows the XSplit to achieve a dry matter content of up to 40 percent – making it superior to other pressure screw separators.
Diesel-Powered Pump Sets
A rotating, water-driven self-cleaning filter that reliably delivers good water from as little as 100 mm depth! The ideal solution for operations relying on river or canal water sources for pivot irrigation systems. RIVERSCREEN is built for pumping in shallow water – preventing sand problems. Low maintenance requirements. Standard on all Riverscreens is #8 304 stainless steel mesh. Other sizes are available upon request.

ProMinent masters virtually all methods for treating and disinfecting drinking water and adapts them based on prevailing conditions. Naturally, we comply with all local regulations.
