The XSplit® separator from Vogelsang combines the proven screw press separator system with a completely new design, resulting in unique features and numerous user benefits. A sealing disc made of high-quality elastomer in the press area allows the XSplit to achieve a dry matter content of up to 40 percent – making it superior to other screw press separators. The disc ensures optimal resistance to the pressure applied by the press screw, and together with the screw, it ensures consistent and reliable plug formation without additional aids – with almost zero initial leakage. A variety of screen variants suitable for different media and consistencies are available, guaranteeing extremely reliable separation results.
