Valve Information
Gate Valves: Used for all purposes; the valve is either fully closed or fully open and is never used as a control valve. When fully open, it causes minimal pressure loss. Application: water, wastewater, and general neutral liquids.
Globe Valves: Feature a cone that closes against a seat (metallic seal/soft seal). This results in a narrow flow path, i.e., significant flow loss through the valve.
Shut-off Valves: Valves designed solely to shut off a flow. These valves have a flow direction but allow the medium to flow back. Shut-off valves have a seat with a metal or soft seal.
Check Valves: Allow medium to flow in only one direction. Pilot-operated pressure reducing valve with high capacity.
Rotary Globe Valves
Shut-off valves are designed to interrupt the flow in a system using a mechanically controlled closing element. Rotary shut-off valves have a spindle rotation of 90° for a full stroke. The opening and closing movements are fast, and they are typically used for flow control. The operating unit is usually a handle. Available with electric or mechanical actuator.
Ball Check Valves
The B20 ball valve is a manually operated, two-piece metal construction designed for high flow rates and operational reliability. Its compact and lightweight design features a blow-out proof stem and a maintenance-friendly stem seal, ensuring long-term reliability in demanding environments.
Linear Shut-off Valves
Linear shut-off valves are designed to interrupt the flow in a system using a mechanically controlled closing element, characterized by the spindle moving downwards to close the valve and upwards to open it.
Crushed Water Mirror
These pumps are designed for continuous operation and maximum performance where very high pressure and large fluid volumes are required.
Check Valves
Check valves are activated by the fluid's own pressure, allowing fluid to flow through while preventing it from flowing back into the pressurized section when system pressure ceases.
Ball Check Valves
The STP series is designed for high reliability, long-life components, and easy maintenance. The fluid volume is dimensioned to ensure operation under continuous load. Various fluid configurations are available depending on process requirements.
Slide Valves
The yeast valve is a two-way full-bore shut-off valve with a cast body, ensuring leak-free shut-off up to 10 bar in sizes up to DN250. DN300 is available in a two-piece body design up to 6 bar.
Actuator
A solution for globe valves, ball valves, and plug valves. Compact actuators with intelligent functions as a platform concept for customized automation solutions.
Pressure Reducing Valve
The CSA XLC 310/410 is a robust, hydraulically operated pressure reducing valve (PRV) designed to provide stability and durability in demanding water supply systems. Based on the provided specifications, here is an overview of what makes this model a "workhorse" in fluid management.
Gemina FF threaded relief valve
The CSA pressure relief valve Mod. Gemina FF with fast-acting surge protection is designed to prevent the pressure from rising above a preset value, thanks to its ability to divert excess water directly through the threaded outlet.
