Versatile industrial ball valves
Reliable shut-off for liquid, gaseous and corrosive media under extreme conditions
- Durability: Operating pressure up to 137 bar and temperatures up to 220 °C
- Efficiency: Full flow and high flow rates to minimize pressure loss
- Versatility: Suitable for clean, inert or corrosive liquids, steam and gases
Industry and applications
Ball valves are versatile and can also be used under extreme conditions. This valve type is particularly well suited for safe shut-off of liquid and gaseous media at very high operating pressures. Since the medium moves between the ball and the housing during opening and closing, ball valves are suitable for mechanically clean, inert or corrosive liquids, gases or steam. Caution must be exercised with media that crystallize, as these can have a negative impact on functionality.
