Precise chemical injection | W Series Plunger Pumps
The Williams W Series is a plunger-driven metering pump with a mechanical seal. It is highly capable of injecting chemicals across a wide range of process applications. Whether you need to inject a catalyst into a reactor at a refinery, or carry out high-volume dosing treatments offshore (biocides for water and wastewater treatment, for example), this is the right solution. The W Series can deliver up to 336 litres per hour at pressures up to 172 bar (2,500 psig).

Features
The W Series is designed for demanding industrial conditions and offers high precision and operational reliability:
Wide range: Available with several different seal and plunger materials.
Pneumatic operation: Often supplied with a double-acting pneumatic relay used to cycle the pump.
Space efficient: Williams pneumatic pumps are often the preferred choice for FPSO units (floating production, storage and offloading vessels) because of constraints on space and electrical infrastructure.
