The VACON® 100 FLOW is a high-capacity product designed to optimize the operation of pumps and fans. It features easy commissioning with a start-up guide and a large, easy-to-read display. Its integrated PID regulators and split running time functions make it the ideal choice for modern sewage and process water systems.
VLT® Products
- Danfoss VLT® AQUA Drive FC 202:
- Primary use: Pumps, fans, blowers, compressors, and speed control for induction/PM motors.
- Features: Large stock availability; carries most Maritime approvals with Product Certificates.
- Danfoss VLT® AutomationDrive FC 302:
- Primary use: Heavy Duty Industrial applications like conveyor belts, winches, and escalators.
- Technical: Full torque from start; power range 0.25kW to 1.2mW; available in 230V, 400V, and 690V.
- Protection: IP00, IP20/21, IP55/54, and IP66 ratings.
- Danfoss VLT® Midi Drive FC 280:
- Primary use: Flexible motor control for automation and machine applications.
- Technical: IP20 enclosures; 0.37–7.5kW (400V) and 0.55–3.7kW (230V).
- Danfoss VLT® Micro Drive FC-51:
- Primary use: Small, simple frequency converter for general areas.
- Mounting: DIN rail or wall mount (IP20/21).
- Technical: 1-phase/3-phase 230V (up to 3.7kW) and 400V (up to 22kW).
- Danfoss VLT® HVAC Basic Drive FC 101:
- Primary use: Compact frequency converter designed specifically for ventilation systems.
- Technical: 230V up to 45kW and 400V up to 90kW.
VACON® 100 flow
- VACON® 100 FLOW:
- Applications: Optimized for pumps, fans, blowers, and compressors; controls induction and PM motors.
- Key Features: Norwegian text interface, built-in BacNet/Modbus (RS485 & TCP/IP), integrated PID regulators, and sewage pump auto-cleaning.
- Hardware: Polypropylene capacitors (longer life, no storage maintenance); IP54 enclosures standard (3A to 310A).
- Certifications: Extensive Maritime approvals with available Product Certificates.
- VACON® 100 INDUSTRIAL:
- Capabilities: Includes all FLOW features plus enhancements for heavy-duty use (e.g., rock crushing).
- Advanced Functions: Higher starting torque, integrated brake chopper, and load drooping for multi-motor shafts or conveyors.
- VACON® 20:
- Design: Small, affordable converters for simple applications.
- Technical: 1-phase input / 3-phase output; stocked up to 2.2 kW (230V) in IP20 enclosures.
- VACON® 20/100X:
