Pumps are manufactured according to API standard 675.
Positive return of the piston stroke makes it possible to achieve a low NPSH value under all operating conditions.
Stroke adjustment can be manual or automatic with pneumatic or electronic servo control both with the pump running and stationary.
Variation in capacity range is achieved as follows:
– range 10 – 100 % for stroke adjustment
– range 5 – 100 % using a mechanical or electronic converter VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) that allows pump speed variation with precision below 1 %.
